FAQ

1.Why can’t I log in? Why is the game crashing/lagging?

We are sorry for any inconvenience caused by the game/connection error. Please try these steps:

(1).Pull up the device’s process manager and close the program you don’t want to use to free up memory.

(2).Restart your device and the game.

(3).Update your game version.

(4).Check to see if your device has enough available storage space, because lack of space will cause crashes, slow running and so on. Enter the device storage space to check if your storage space has removed any unnecessary applications, videos or other large files.

(5).Make sure your connection is stable (connected to Wi-Fi, 3G or 4G). You can also reset your connection by turning Airplane Mode on and off.

(6).If the game server is under maintenance, please try again after the maintenance finishes.

We will continue optimizing the game for a better experience.

 

2.Account Trading Notice

Dear Lord,

Please be noted the following rules trading CoD account or items and resources in the game is strictly prohibited. If you notice such a behavior on any players, please report it to us. We do not protect the rights of purchased accounts. So for your own benefit, please do not participate in any unauthorized trading activity.

 

3.How do I link my account?

To protect your game process from loss, please immediately bind your account to a mail account.

 

4.I forgot my account ID or password. How do I recover it?

In this case, please contact our customer service and provide detailed info including username, character ID. We will do our best to recover your account.

 

5.Why can’t I recover a linked account?

Due to the system error or violations, you might find it difficult to recover a linked account. If this happens, please contact our CS.

 

6.How do I switch account?

Tap Setting → Account → Switch Account. Go back to the Login Screen of Sonet Game and enter the account you would like to switch into.

 

7.I purchased some coins but they’re not in my account yet. What should I do?

Generally coins will be added to your account shortly. However, due to server delay or error sometimes, it might take a while. Please be patient and don’t buy coins repeatedly since the system may be handling your first purchase.

In the meantime, you can restart the game to check whether you’ve received the coins. If you still don’t receive them in 24 hours, contact customer service and they will handle your issue ASAP.

 

8.Why can’t I buy coins?

The server may be busy at time, during which the purchase icon will be grayed out.

You can fix this by following these steps:

--- Check whether you have logged in with a valid account.

--- Wait and try again since the server might be too busy to handle your order.

--- Update your game to the latest version.

--- Check whether payment functions are functioning normally within your account.

--- Check whether you’ve set a payment cap. If you are using a credit card, please make sure it can be used for in-app purchase or online payments.

 

9.I accidentally used some coins. Can I request a refund?

We’ve taken every possible measure to prevent any accidental usage of coins. Whenever you need to use coins, a pop-up will appear, asking you to confirm again. CoD is a multi-player online game, so we can’t simply roll back our records as this will affect other players. A refund would mean free rewards, which is unfair to other players.

 

10.Payment Exception Hint Description

If you encounter abnormal tips in the payment process, you can first see if the corresponding platform account is abnormal. If it is, we suggest you contact the corresponding customer service of platform first. If not, please contact our customer service.
